Aperto doesn’t collect any data about you. Your drawings stay on your iPad and in your own iCloud.
What Aperto collects
Nothing. Aperto has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. The app doesn’t send your drawings, your usage or your device details to us or to anyone else.
If you have turned on Share With App Developers in iPadOS, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. You can turn this off at any time in Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.
Your drawings
Drawings are saved on your iPad or in iCloud Drive, depending on where you choose to keep them. Files in iCloud Drive are stored by Apple under your Apple Account, and Apple’s privacy policy applies to them. We can’t see or open your files.
Fonts from the web
Aperto goes online only when you ask it to add a font by name or by link. It then downloads the font from Google Fonts or from the address you entered. That site sees your IP address, as any website you visit does. Aperto sends it nothing else, and the font is kept inside your drawing.
Permissions
- Photos: Aperto asks to add images to your library only when you choose to save a drawing there.
- Files: Aperto only opens files you pick yourself.
This website
This website doesn’t use cookies or analytics, and it doesn’t ask for any personal information.
Children
Aperto collects no data from anyone, including children, so it’s suitable for all ages.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll publish the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
